Terms and Conditions

Orders are accepted from Sunday through Thursday, with deliveries on Friday. In exceptional cases, when there is a holiday in the middle of the week, we will announce a special delivery schedule.

The food comes in sealed and secure packaging, with an intact kosher sticker. Due to this the hand that opens the package must be that of the customer, or someone authorized on his behalf. We require that an adult receive the package and sign the delivery confirmation. In addition, if it is not the customer receiving the food himself, the name of the person receiving the food needs to be given to us ahead of time.

Due to time constraints the courier cannot wait more than seven minutes at the delivery location, nor can he deviate from his travel route. If you were unable to receive your delivery, you will have the option to pick up the food. 

If a customer feels he is unable to arrive at the place of delivery, he must call at least two hours before the specified delivery time, so that there is the opportunity to make changes to the delivery location. 

Under no circumstances do we leave food unattended due to its kashrut !

In some cases it is possible to coordinate in advance an arrangement that will allow food to be left in a secure place, for example a garage refrigerator, or a similar arrangement.
